Info and FAQ

Here are some informative guidelines that may regard questions you have about your order.

 

Shipping

Currently, shipping is provided for customers from Australia, US, Japan, China, and New Zealand. If you are not from these regions, please contact me to organise shipping.

Orders are shipped out between 2-5 days and should arrive in roughly 2 weeks for Australian customers.

Due to the cheap offered price of shipping, tracking information is not available. If you have concerns surrounding tracking, please use the contact page to organise a tracked alternative.

Although Australia Post's service is reliable, shipping always comes with the chance of your package getting lost or damaged. This is not in my control. If your parcel happens to be missing, please check your local post office or ask your neighbours.

Please make sure all of your shipping details are correct. If you accidentally provided the wrong details, please immediately get in touch through the contact page or instagram linked at the bottom of the page. If you have provided the wrong details and your order has already been shipped, this falls under your responsibility.

 

Returns and refunds

Unfortunately, no returns or refunds are available. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out via the contact page.

 

Jewellery care

Due to all jewellery being handmade, all items are very delicate.

Please do not wear jewellery in the shower, while swimming, or in the chance of it getting wet. 

Please do not tug, pull, handle aggressively or wear in the chance of this, such as whilst playing sports. 

Store in a cool, dry place, away from small children or pets.
